Cooking is my CREDO, looking for being on top, always
I am a professional Chef with more than 40 years of experience in the culinary world, all over many Countries. I am actually based in Manhattan - NY, where I manage my own company. In Italy I have been working in my restaurant for 17 years where I was awarded of my first MICHELIN STAR in 2007. I am really fond of fine dining and high end food.
For me, cooking is art, passion, technique, everything! I learned to cook at some of the best 2/3 Michelin starred in Europe. A role model in the kitchen is Pedro Subillana, Chef at Akelarre, San Sebastian-Spain. A cooking secret? Respecting all the ingredients, all of them!
